



NDD DIGITAL PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT
For my work on the NDD Digital Products Development project, I played a key role in the creation and implementation of a comprehensive data collection and management system tailored to the needs of the Special Improvement District (SID). This initiative led to the development of a Field Service Application and a CRM system in collaboration with District 360.
The Field Service Application (Mobile Application) I helped oversee is central to the coordination of work orders, allowing for the seamless generation of daily activity reports and direct data integration into third-party portals. This significantly enhanced operational efficiency by transitioning daily processes to a fully paperless system with real-time updates.
Additionally, the CRM system enables the NDD to store and manage all incoming data in a centralized platform. It also features advanced tools to visualize this data through interactive dashboards, produce detailed reports, and create surveys, empowering the organization to make data-driven decisions. This project has not only streamlined internal operations but also strengthened transparency and accountability across the district.
